WATER TREATMENT AND SERVICES

At Maxim, the Water Treatment Division has been our core business since the company start-up in 1968. We currently manufacture products for:

  • treatment of steam boiler and open recirculating cooling systems.
     
  •  treatment products for closed heating, cooling and glycol systems.

We supply control equipment for:

  • steam boiler and cooling towers such as conductivity controllers and chemical feed equipment.
     
  • closed systems including by-pass feeders, sidestream filtration system and glycol feeders.

We handle a complete line of testing reagents and laboratory hardware. In addition to the technical  field agents, we have a water analysis laboratory for in-depth testing of boiler and cooling water. With our team of technical personnel, we can handle the needs of any heating or cooling plant whether large or small. We do custom manufacturing for other water treatment distributors with either our label or a private label.

Our Water Management Services include:

Individuals who have earned the Certified Water Technologist (CWT) designation, a national certification distinguish them as leaders in the field of industrial and commercial water treatment. These individuals have demonstrated their commitment to the field of water treatment by participating in this voluntary program designed to verify the appropriate knowledge, skills and abilities required by a water treatment professional.

Maxim is also part of the Association of Water Technologies (AWT), which is an international organization that represents hundreds of regional water treatment companies. The AWT endeavors to improve the efficient and environmentally appropriate use of water, particularily in the traditional areas of heat transfer (heating, cooling, power generation), mass transfer (process), treatment for recycle (waste) and potable applications. As new uses and technologies develop, AWT will strive to be progressive in the implementations. With these new developments within our industry, through the AWT, Maxim will use our research and development team to pass these technological advancements on to our customers.
